Verslavingszorg aan regering: stop 15% THC maatregel

Negen instellingen voor verslavingszorg hebben het kabinet een brandbrief gestuurd over het omstreden voorstel om alle cannabis met meer dan 15% thc tot harddrug te verklaren. “Gezien het belang van de beschermende stof CBD, het behoud van het scheidingsbeleid, de medewerking van de coffeeshopbranche met instellingen voor verslavingszorg en de reeds ingezette daling van het THC-gehalte in nederwiet pleiten wij voor uitstel van invoer van de 15%-maatregel.”
