WORKING GROUP ON ENCOD ACTIONS IN VIENNA
We announce the Vienna 2014 Working Group of Encod.
The purpose of this working group is to elaborate a plan for outside and inside actions during the Commission on Narcotic Drugs meeting that will be held in March 2014, in Vienna.
