Sindaci per la legalizzazione delle droghe leggere

Circa la metà di tutti I sindaci che hanno un coffeshop entro I confini comunali bogliono la legalizzazione dei tutto il settore delle droghe leggere.Il sindaci vogliono risolvere il problema del rifornimento per cui la vendita di erba é tollerata ma non il rifornimento.

Questo sembra dopo una ricerca telefonica svolta dal settimanale tra 106 comuni con uno o più coffeshop.

Solo nove si sono espressi a favore di un divieto.

In totale 88 sindaci si sono espressi: 54 per la completa legalizzazione dei coffeeshop, 25 voglio rimanere nell’attuale politica di tolleranza secondo la prassi attuale, nove sindaci sono per un divieto totale e sei borgomastri non vogliono fare alcuna scelta.Undici sindaci non hanno collaborato alla ricerca ed un commune momentaneamente non ha un sindaco (Alphen aan den Rijn).

Non vi sono problemi con il locali

Il sovraccarico o disturbo alla quiete publica non viene mai citato; la maggior parte dei comuni dicono di avere la cosa sotto controllo. Quando si cosno problemi è con i turisti in alcuni comuni al confine con il Belgio.I tedeschi nella Olanda orientale sono molto meno problematici.

I sindaci democristiani della CDA sono divisi

I sindaci democristiani della CDA nei comuni con coffeeshop sembrano particolarmente divisi: circa un terzo è per la legalizzazione, un terzo per la tolleranza ed un terzo per il divieto. Dei sindaci che non vogliono esprimere la loro opinione la maggior parte è della CDA. La dirigenza del partito a livello nazionale della CDA vuole vietare i coffee shop . Dicono alcuni di averne abbastanza degli ‘affari dubbiosi’.Essi chiedono all’Aja di fare chiarezza.
