Todos los socios de ENCOD son invitados a participar en la Asamblea General de ENCOD, a realizarse en Francoforto, Alemania, entre 18 y 20 de junio, 2010

Viernes 18 de junio

12.00 – 13.00 h. Reunión del Comité Ejecutivo (abierta a todos los socios)

Preparación de la AG: división de tareas: moderar, traducir, tomar notas, preparatr un comunicado de prensa sobre el 26 de junio y otros temas urgentes.

13.00 – 14.00 h. Almuerzo

14.00 – 16.00 Sesión plenaria sobre temas organizativos

 Aprobación del Informe Anual 2009 (incluyendo el informe financiero)

 Confirmación de la suspensión y adhesión de socios

 Presentación individual de los logros de los actuales miembros del CE

 Desarrollo de la estructura de Encod luego de la AG del año pasado

16.30 – 18.30 Sesión plenaria sobre Organización y Comunicación

 Estrategias para involucrar y activar más socios en nuestras actividades

 Mejoramiento de la coordinación interna

 Búsqueda de fondos

 Comunicación (sitio web, boletin, periodismo video etc.)

18.30 – 19.00 Taller sobre cómo utilizar el sitio web de Encod.

9.00 – 10.30 h. Sesión plenaria sobre la situación de la política de drogas en Europa.

Todos los participantes son solicitados de presentar un corto resumen (de entre 5 a 10 minutos) sobre la situación de la política de drogas en su país, incluyendo las prioridades para una estrategia de lobby y acción

11.00 – 13.00 h. Talleres

Taller 1: Propuestas para una régimen de política de drogas post-prohibicionista(coordinación: Jorge/Fredrick)
