Tutti i membri di ENCOD sono invitati a partecipare all’assemblea generale del 2010 che si terrà a Francoforte sul Meno in Germania, dal 18 al 20 giugno 2010

Venerdì 18 Giugno

12.00 – 13.00 h. Comitato direttivo Meeting (aperto a tutti i membri)

Preparazione dell’Assemblea Generale: divisione dei compiti: moderazione, traduzione, stesura note, preparazione di un comunicato stampa sul 26 giugno e altri questioni urgenti.

13.00 – 14.00 h. Pranzo

14.00 – 16.00 Sessione plenaria su questioni organizzative

– Approvazione del rapporto annuale 2009 (incluso la relazione sul bilancio finanziario )

– Conferma della sospensione ed adesione di membri

– Presentazione individuale dei risultati degli attuali membri del comitato direttivo

– Sviluppo della struttura di Encod dopo l’assemblea generale

16.00 – 16.30 Pausa

16.30 – 18.30 Plenaria su Organizzazione e Comunicazione

– Strategie per coinvolgere ed attivare più membri nelle nostre attività

– Miglioramento del coordinamento interno

– Raccolta fondi

 Comunicazione (website, bollettino, video-giorrnalismo etc.)

18.30 – 19.00 Workshop su come usare il sito web di Encod.

Sabato 19 giugno

9.00 – 10.30 h. Plenaria sulla situazione della politica delle droghe in Europa

Tutti i partecipanti sono chiamati a presentare una breve panoramica (tra 5 e 10 minuti ) della situazione della politica sulle droghe nel loro paese, incluse le priorità per una strategia di lobby e azione

10.30 – 11.00 Pausa

11.00 – 13.00 h. Gruppi di lavoro

Workshop 1: Proposte per un regime post-probizionista sulle droghe coordinato da Jorge/Fredrick

Workshop 2: Cannabis Social Club, coordinato da Pedro/ Martin

Tutti i membri di Encod sono ben accetti ad inviare proposte prima del 11 giugno per altri problemi da discutere

13.00 – 14.30 Pranzo

15.30 Plenaria sulle conclusioni dei gruppi di lavoro

15.30 – 16. 30 Plenaria su strategia di lobby .

 La presenza di Encod alle Nazioni Unite e alla Unione Europea(esperienze nel 2010, idee per il 2011).

 Suggerimenti per campagne coordinate a livello di stati membri

16.30 – 17.00 Pausa

17.00 – 18.30 Continuazione della plenaria

19.00 Cena

Domenica 20 giugno

10.00 – 13.00 h. Plenaria sulle conclusioni, riassunto degli accordi ed argomenti rimanenti
