Roger Howard is speaking at the Battle of Ideas session Your mind, your high: is recreational drug use morally wrong? in association with UKDPC, which takes place on Saturday 29 October.
The Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) invites members of the public to its open meeting on Monday 31 October 2011, from 10am-12.45pm.
There will be an opportunity for attendees to provide feedback to the ACMD and participate in a question and answer session.
