ENCOD invites all its members to the annual General Assembly, which will be held in the Czech Republic, at the Konopná farma Vranč Bítov 2, 671 10 Bítov, from the 21st to 23rd of September 2018. You are welcome to arrive at Thursday the 20th and return on Monday the 24th. Please register before the 14th of September 2018 using the registration form.

ENCOD General Assembly 2018

We are very happy to invite you all to Vranc’s farm, a beautiful hemp farm and recreational hot spot in the South of the Czech Republic. Featuring a hemp maze, we thought it would be a great place to convene and further unravel the possibilities for our organisation to manifest our objectives.

We look forward to strengthening our network with you, receive important updates on your regional and national developments and to present the steps we have taken in this last year to further ENCOD’s goals. Furthermore, we’d like to celebrate the 25 years that have shaped our organisation and would like to brainstorm with you over the next 25 years of ENCOD’s exciting future. Accommodation

Vranc’s farm is characterized by its simplicity. That means that for our nighttime rest we can make use of a shared floor with a capacity for 20 people. In the direct vicinity of the farm, there are also options for those of us who would like to arrange a more furnished accommodation. Please check the attached accommodation sheet for details and make sure to include your preferences on the GA registration form.

Travel

Nearby airports to Vranc’s farm are located in Brno, Vienna, and Prague. From there you can take a few trains or buses that bring you Znojmo or Morovske Budejvice. From either of these cities, travel to Šumná. From there you can take a bus to Vranc´s farm or be picked up by our ENCOD shuttle. The ENCOD shuttle will be arranged by Enrico Fletzer. His contact details will be shared with you when you register your attendance.

For public transport in and around the Czech Republic, please consult idos.cz. In the bottom, right on that page, you can choose Englisch or Deutsch. Make sure to select Bítov, Znojmo, as there are more places named Bítov in the Czech Republic.

Registration

For registering your attendance to the GA 2018, please use the registration form. Registration is possible up to the 14th of September 2018 but we’d be very pleased if you could register as soon as possible, so we can best prepare our meeting.
