POUR LA LÉGALISATION DU CANNABIS AU MAROC

Invitation pour ouvrir un débat public sur la légalisation de cannabis au Maroc et l’orientation de ses utilisations

Un groupe des acteurs de la société civile marocaine, ont publiés hier un document intitulé ” invitation pour ouvrir un débat public sur la légalisation de cannabis au Maroc et l’orientation de ses utilisations”.

Cette initiative, vient de naître après l’échec de la politique de l’éradication des champs de cannabis au nord du Maroc, orienté par l’UE et ONU, qui a produits deux résultats:

 l’aggravation de la souffrance des familles des cultivateurs pauvres à cause de cette éradication des champs dans l’absence des alternatives, ce qui contredit la politique nationale et international contre la pauvreté.

 beaucoup des trafiquants ont changés leur stratégie vers le trafic dans les drogues illicites dures et les armes qui sont vendus à des groupes criminel et terroriste.

Ce qui prouve que la vraie guerre est contre les trafiquants de drogues est non contre les champs de cannabis où plutôt contre les pauvres cultivateurs.

Cette invitation défend l’idée de légaliser la culture de cannabis pour usages thérapeutique et industriel d’une façon général, dans le cadre d’une économie alternative dans les régions où il y a les champs de cannabis.

Pour cela les auteurs de l’initiative proposent aux autres acteurs et organisations marocaines:

 d’organiser des colloques et rencontres scientifiques et politiques, pour développer les idée sur le sujet dans un cadre de démocratie et de respect, afin de crée un forum marocain pour traiter le sujet ensemble.

 de collaborer avec les chercheurs et les organisations internationales qui défendent l’usage thérapeutique et industriel de cannabis.

Et pour cela, ses acteurs de la société civile préparent à organiser la première rencontre public sur le sujet à Rabat dans le mois prochain.
