Het internationale politieke getij oogt zeldzaam gunstig voor een ander cannabisbeleid, zei Tom Decorte onlangs op deze plek. Dat in Nederland regulering van de wietteelt in bijvoorbeeld cannabis social clubs nog altijd wordt tegengehouden, is puur politieke onwil.
