Het Jaarrapport 2007 over de de stand van de drugproblematiek in Europa van het Europees Waarnemingscentrum rond Drugs (EMCDDA) werd vandaag in Brussel voorgesteld. De positieve boodschappen in het EU rapport worden vertroebeld door het hoge aantal druggerelateerde doden en het stijgende cocaïnegebruik.
