Das Europäische Netzwerk für eine Gerechte und Effektive Drogenpolitik ENCOD ruft die Teilnehmer der Konferenz «Pharmacologic progress and therapeutic use of cannabis in medicine » (im Europäischen Parlament am 19. Oktober 2012) dazu auf, die Entkriminalisierung der Kultivierung von Cannabis zum Eigenbedarf zu unterstützen.
