Deutschland: Petition gegen §24a BtMG

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Ich bitte um Unterstützung für die Online-Petition ID: 16782 des deutschen Bundestages zum Anbau und Handel von/mit Nutzhanf. Ziel der Petition ist, dass der Anbau und Handel mit Nutzhanf für die Landwirte in Deutschland ohne Beschränkungen und Bürokratie möglich ist. Dazu muss der §24a des Betäubungsmittelgesetzes (Anzeige des Anbaus von Nutzhanf) komplett gestrichen werden.


Mitzeichnungsmöglichkeiten

Es gibt mehrere Wege, um an der Petition teilzunehmen:

  • Die Nutzhanf-Petition auf der Seite des Petitionsausschuss zum Online-Mitzeichnen
  • Unterschriftenliste zum Offline-Unterzeichnen in einseitig und beidseitig
  • Aushang in DIN A4 und DIN A5 zum Ausdrucken und Aufhängen

Hinweis: Zum Mitzeichnen einer Onlinepetition ist eine Registrierung notwendig. Ab 50.000 Mitzeichnern wird es eine öffentliche Anhörung im Petitionsausschuss des deutschen Bundestages geben. Mitmachen kann jede Person, egal welchen Alters oder Nationalität.

Begründung der Petition

Das Erdöl wird immer knapper. Demnächst braucht die Menschheit Ersatz für die fossilen Energieträger wie Erdöl, Erdgas und Kohle. Vermehrt werden Heizungen auf Holzfeuerung umgestellt. Viele Dinge müssen zukünftig wieder aus Holz oder Hanf hergestellt werden. Der nachwachsende Rohstoff Hanf kann mit seinen Fasern z. B. die Kunststofffasern vor allem bei der Kleidung/ Stoffe ersetzen. Wird der Rohstoff Holz knapp, kann auch Papier wieder aus Hanf produziert werden. Die Vielzahl der weiteren Hanfprodukte wie Hanföl, Seile usw. brauche ich wohl nicht erwähnen. Hanf wächst außerdem ohne jeglichen Einsatz von Pflanzenschutzmitteln. Das macht den Anbau kostengünstig und zudem ökologisch unbedenklich. Übrigens wird die Hälfte der jährlichen Pflanzenschutzmittelproduktion nur für den Anbau der Baumwolle gebraucht! Hanf würde uns diesen immensen Einsatz von Giftmitteln ersparen.
