It is everything I am sending to all members of the House of Commons, plus all members of the House of Lords, and all members of the ACMD which is a Committee in the Home Office which decides whether Cannabis is put back up into “B” – stays the same, or gets de-criminalised.

I would then ask you, if you agree with me, on the overall need to decriminalise Cannabis, please write a basic one page letter to the Prime Minister and (if possible) one to every member of the ACMD, in your own words, simply stating we have never received the benefit of a consultation by either the House of Commons or the Home Office.

Plus, offering to come to a public meeting with members of the government to have a Debate on the subject, so that we can all have our basic rights, under the “Human Rights Act” considered – that is – “Having the Right to Medicate with the medication of our choice considering the dangers are far greater to our health if we take NHS Pharmaceutical Medication”. (There is a list of Medicines and their side effects at the end of my report)

I have spent hours and hours putting the report and letters together, plus, there are over 600 M.P’s and more than 700 Members of the House of Lords, and 35 members of the ACMD, and including the media and the press, this is a total of Nearly 1,500 people, so far I have spent over £300 but I NEED your help if we are going to have a chance to win something, to make life easier. No – I don’t want money,. I need each of you to write 36 one page letters to the ACMD and the Prime Minister – together, we can win – but none of us can do it on our own. We do not want to shout “Free the Weed” – it hasn’t worked in 40 years, and Cannabis is not a Weed it is a herbal plant. They need only the facts, the way we talk about them, when we are all together. We need at least one million letters to be sent. But it has 18 million users. I only have my retirement pension, and so it has taken me 6 weeks, posting 50 reports per week, to make sure they. will all have their copies before the opening of Parliament in October, but a friend has offered to help me to pay the postage for the last thousand reports.

Also, please, don’t be angry with me when you see I have stated that no matter how Cannabis is used, it is basically for medical reasons, because let’s face it, besides serious illnesses – MOST PEOPLE SUFFER FROM STRESS TO VARYING DEGREES, therefore I do not believe I am telling anything but the truth.

You can copy the disc on to your computer, but can you please pass it on, and could each member of the Cannabis Community try to encourage at least 10 members of their community to do the same, – after which they can get each member of their group of friends to give it to another ten members, and so on – and so on – and if all of those people send only one letter to everyone on the letter list, then we could at last, after more than 40 years – get a hearing in Parliament or the Home Office. We need the letters in before the end of October, it needs to rain letters at the Home Office, which have been sent by members of the Cannabis community who have the sense to use Cannabis rather than NHS medication. Let us be honest, life would be better for all of us, as we all know hundreds of people suffering from everything from Arthritis to Cancer to MS – we have to make life better for ourselves, and ultimately it will benefit all the sick, the elderly and the disabled, and it would make us feel proud to think that united we can do something about it.

In fact, the majority of Cannabis users – Do Not Drink Alcohol – not like politicians – with 16 Bars in the house of commons yet, you and I are supposed to accept and understand why they have an Alcohol Anonymous group there. Like you, I know Dr,s, Lawyers, Teachers, Vicars and even many Politicians who use it – and who are afraid to admit to using it today, because of the criminal way in which we are all treated. But, time will prove the stupidity of the government over the last forty years, and of course, the corruption inside the Pharmaceutical co’s, over the last forty years. There is one other person I must say “Thank you” to – and that is Lezley Gibson ofTHC4MS – I was so proud when they invited me to be on a Video with her, because like the rest of the Cannabis community she cares about people, and she has put her head above the parapet – together with Mark, yet she herself has suffered serious heath problems for more than 20 years, and my respect for her will never ever falter. Where Has Democracy Gone

Two years ago I made an offer to you and everyone in the ACMD, however no-one was interested, so I am back to make that same offer again, however, this time I have sent you a Documentary made by a professional team of people who specialise in Documentaries. All I ask, is that you have the courage to watch it. If you need confirmation of what you will see in the documentary I can bring more than a thousand of the sick, the elderly and the disabled to be talked to and studied, you simply have to say the word…………

I have been informed it is not being allowed to be on Television, because the Pharmaceutical companies have informed all the Newspaper people, and TV companies last October that “They Do Not Want Anything Positive About Cannabis – Anywhere In The Media”.

WHERE HAS DEMOCRACY GONE ?????

Professor, I have written to you before, and I will write to you again, but the childish attitude of the people in power in this country, of “sound bites” appearing in Newspapers and on TV – does not give credence to the intelligence of the people in power. I feel as if I live in a Communist country, where the Elderly (16million), the Sick (2.5million), and the disabled (2million), a total of over 20million people, out of the 60million – One Third of the population, are not getting a hearing or a debate about the Cannabis issue.

I believe in this country, we need the protection of the Human Rights Act, because successive govts., are not listening to us, and Great Britain now lives under the Dictatorship of it’s Prime Minister, who is dictated to by the American govt., I would love you to prove me wrong.!!!!!!

However, I accept we have to face the fact that if Cannabis was decriminalized then the sales of medication from Pharmaceutical companies would drop dramatically, and that is what they do not want – after all, they are probably the richest companies in existence, even though they cause dreadful painful deaths with their poor quality medication..

Please find enclosed One Video entitled “The Fight To Be Well” – plus a report I am sending to Gordon Brown, plus information from BBC world news, plus this letter – because millions and millions of people are suffering and dying through poor quality Chemical/synthetic medication which our govt., accepts for use in this country.

I want to take part in a debate, which will be seen on television about the Cannabis Issue – and I want Gordon Brown there, if he has the courage. Maybe it would help if we invited Alex Salmond, Bertie Ahern, Rhodri Morgan and Dr Ian Paisley and yourself, as well, but it should be full of VIP’s – and I would like to inform the public, that until l961 all Doctors Surgeries, and hospitals throughout the country, had Cannabis Tinctures, creams and Oils available to help ease illness and pain in their patients. “This Is A Fact”. I was given Cannabis Tincture by a Dr Danks of Cleveland St., South Shields, when 7 years old. Yes, there are millions like me, some are older and will have similar memories.

Please read pages 4 and 14 of the report to Gordon Brown. Plus the factual information on the BBC World News, and you will discover that the report on the BBC World News also came from the Medical profession. Remember the medical profession get money (cash) from Pharmaceutical Co., Universities get money from the Pharmaceutical Co, and G.P’s get cash incentives to push medications from the Pharmaceutical Co., and someone who works for a Newspaper told me, last October the Press and TV, have been threatened by the Pharmaceutical Co., that they will pull their advertising, if they show or write anything positive about Cannabis. I call that Dictatorship. Which, when coupled with the information you will get from page 4 of my report to Gordon Brown, really does give us grounds for suspecting foul play by the Bush family, and the people they keep in line, rather like our Prime Ministers…………….

Please refer to the Medical lists at the back of the report, and read about what constitutes “Psychosis” – the four elements involved are in the vast majority of medicines – Hallucinations, Delusions, Depression and Suicidal Tendencies. If your still not convinced, just ask me for the medicine slips people have sent me, then you can read them for yourself.

One last statement, teenage children who abuse Cannabis are less than 5% of the population, who abuse everything don’t they, including underage girls for sex – this is why Britain has the highest rate of babies to girls under 16. It would be nice if the govt., were on the side of the people, especially, the elderly, disabled and the sick, but instead, they are only interested in bleeding us dry, which is why they have 16 bars in the House of Commons, selling them “duty free” alcohol plus of course, the alcoholics anonymous club, and all the dome areas for Politicians to enjoy smoking. Funny, isn’t it, they work for us, we pay their wages, yet we cannot smoke or drink in a workplace, which is exactly what they are doing, and we even pay for their extremely high pensions – It is a dictatorship – isn’t it?

This government has made a Martyr out of me, giving me 2 convictions. I am 70 years old next year, and I have never been in trouble with the police in the whole of my life, until I was 65 years old. Well, these are the facts:-

1 Because, the Police, Solicitors, Barristers, the CPS, Judges and Juries got it wrong, 7 people received the Death Penalties and were hanged until they died, prior to l964, which is when the Law was changed because all those people in the Judicial system made the mistake of “following Bad Law’s”

2 Because, the Police, Solicitors, Barristers, the CPS, Judges and Juries got it wrong, hundreds of “Gay” men were imprisoned for years, with all that that incurs, because of a homophobic culture in this country, but that Law did change in time, because all those people in the Judicial system made the mistake of “following Bad Law’s”.

3 Because, the Police, Solicitors, Barristers, the CPS, Judges and Juries are getting it wrong, there is a fear in this country – plus the attitude, that millions of people over the years, mainly the under 25’s who are being imprisoned and their lives destroyed because people in the Judicial system made the mistake of “following Bad Laws”‘

The problem with those three systems is – it is not the fault of the Judiciary, it is the fault of the people who make the Bad Laws. In the case of Cannabis in particular, this is you Professor Rawlins, plus your Committee members.

Everyone Knows that the most dangerous drugs are the drugs which causes deaths on masse.

a) Alcohol, causes Violence, Psychoses, drunken driving, Sclerosis of the Liver, and Multiple deaths.

b) Cigarettes, causes Deaths.

c) Cocaine, causes Violence, Psychoses, Multiple Deaths.

d) Heroine, causes Violence, Psychoses, and Multiple Deaths.

e) Ecstasy causes Psychosis and Deaths.

f) Crystal Meths causes Psychosis and Deaths.

g) Pharmaceutical Medication causes Psychoses and a minimum of 10,000 deaths per year and 15,000 operations to rectify the horrendous side effect illnesses it creates. (These should be criminalised).

h) There are at least another 20 drugs which cause Psychoses and deaths.

i) Cannabis will inevitably come last on the list, It doesn’t even cause 1 death in ten years. It cannot cause Schizophrenia because you need the Schizophrenic gene in your body, then anything – Alcohol, tobacco. NHS medication, etc., can stimulate the schizophrenia even parental abuse can cause it – we do not believe any of the sound bites put out by people in authority simply because they are only listening to one side of the argument. That is of course what the Pharmaceutical Co., want us to believe.

Cannabis is a Herb, but organizations like yours are selected by Govt., to look at the truth, and not to the sound bites which interested parties want you to portray. Of course when the interested parties, ie., the Prime Minister and the Pharmaceutical Companies dictate, it takes a very strong person to follow through with the Truth.

I have always been a very strong person, and in my mind, nothing has changed. However, the pressure put upon me of being dragged through the Courts over the last 3 years, being made into a criminal by an unjust Legal System, has taken it’s toll on my health, to the point where over the last 12 months I have lost over 4 stone in weight, which has made my health deteriorate severely, but I will “never give up”. – on this point, I will simply follow Emily Pankhursts lead. It took her 28 years to get the vote for women, making the Law makers look stupid – which they deserved. Which is exactly how the public reacted to the Prisoners Hanged for murders they did not commit and when Gay men were imprisoned – just because they were Gay, and now the public are taking notice of the publicity that this old lady (I am 70 years old next year) has received and all they say to me via letters and e-mails and public meetings, is that they do not all use it – but the admire the stance I have taken and wish me good luck.

Two weeks ago when I heard Mr Brown State he was considering putting Cannabis back into Class B – I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, and for the first time in 3 years of medicating with Cannabis through my food, I started smoking it – and it helped me to decide that I am going to inform you and your Committee (and no doubt you will inform the police about this) I am going to start growing it again. Of course the Press will love it – and I will prepare Press Packs, to be sent to them tomorrow giving them all copies of all my letters both to the government/Prime Minister/and Yourselves to be given out by a friend after I am arrested again. I fully intend to plant 2 seeds today, grow them to the end, and process the Cannabis Bud so that I can follow through and make my medicine – a medicine that has only 3 side effects.

1 Vomiting if you smoke too much – too quickly

2 Laziness if you smoke too much – too quickly

3 High Blood Pressure

When I am helping the elderly, the disabled and the sick, I always tell people, if they are on Blood Pressure Tablets, they must keep on taking them. It is the only Pharmaceutical medication I would recommend they keep using.

I just wish you could have been present when I have been helping people dying of Cancer, and have changed their last few months of life by watching the difference Cannabis made, when they asked me to step in and keep their loved one’s free from pain, plus giving them the added bonus of being able to sleep peacefully, the reason I was asked – because the NHS medication does not successfully kill their pain, nor does it ever give them a good nights sleep. Think about it Professor Rawlins, never more than 3 hours of sleep on NHS medication it is disgraceful.

However, when the patients are medicating with Cannabis through their food, because they are pain free and have had a good nights sleep, they are then able to talk to their families, plus communicate with their grandchildren, and just enjoy every day – which is not the case with the majority of Pharmaceutical medication.

I intend to grow my plants in order to medicate by ingesting it, plus, when people knock at my door for help, or telephone me, crying that they cannot stand the pain any more, I will be able to help them.

However, I have never been a dealer, and I will do it in the future – the way I have done it in the past – Free of Charge. Because I believe the fact that no one in Govt., will communicate with 20,000,000 sick, elderly and disabled people – you couldn’t care less, that 1/3rd of the people in this country are ignored and really suffering. They deserve to be Pain Free – much more than Politicians deserve having the 16 Bars in the House of Commons, selling Duty Free Alcohol and Cigarettes, plus the Alcoholics Anonymous Club. Plus one fact alone – that more than 50% of that group are working class, and poor – extremely poor financially, by your standards.

Frankly millions of them cannot afford to buy Cannabis which is produced and sold by International Gangsters, and unless they have the courage to get in touch with people like me – they just have to die in agony. But if they could buy cuttings from Mother Plants, including Tax to the govt., at least they would end their days “Out of Pain” which Pharmaceutical Medication does not allow. We have the right to medicate with the medicine of our choice, especially when it is better in many cases, than what we are offered by the government. Naturally I can prove all this – just as the 7 men who were hung when they had committed no crime, just like the Gay men who were imprisoned when they had committed no crime, and just like the Elderly the sick and disabled who have all been dragged through the Legal System, with the majority being imprisoned and any money, valuables or cars etc., being impounded and possessed by the police when most of them were only using it for the right reasons.

I would request that you consider carefully the silliness of Britain’s attitude to Cannabis, especially when you consider that 17 countries, directly associated with the Great British Empire and the European Union have all stopped Prohibition. Now they all have rules and regulations allowing people to buy seeds, or cuttings from Mother Plants, growing equipment and Paraphernalia which allows them to use it in the privacy of their own home, or in registered Cannabis Clubs or Coffee Shops and their governments are getting repaid with Taxes, to put it simply – some of our Laws are stupid, why can’t this country learn from it’s past mistakes of creating too many wrong and stupid laws.

We are just about the only country left in the British Empire who cannot see sense and Legalise it.. Plus of course there is America which now has 13 states where Prohibition has been lifted, because as you know Prohibition does not work.

I feel sorry for the powers that be in govt., that they are not strong enough to make up their own minds, instead of being dictated to by the Pharmaceutical Industry and of course, The Bush family.

I have finally realised I am a fool to listen to the rules and regulations that the govt., are trying to install. I don’t trust their medication – with good reason – plus I am not going to pay £160.00 an ounce, when I know I can grow it for about £50 per plant, (growing on average about 8/10 ounces) after an initial expenditure of £300.

I will personally send a cheque to Mr Brown for £50, when my plant is grown and I am using it – for Tax purposes. Now why didn’t he think of that. There is a fortune to be made from taxing people who want to grow it and use it.

Never again am I going to take the risk of looking for small or big time gangsters to buy foreign Cannabis. I have been robbed before by being sold Cannabis with Sand in it – and Cannabis with minute glass balls in it – and Cannabis with shards of metal in it. But no more. The government of this country are neglecting the elderly, the sick and the disabled by not allowing us to self medicate, in view of all the tragic deaths that occur – at least 10,000 a year and 15,000 per year needing operations to put right the side effects from NHS medication plus, plus why should we permanently have to live in a semi conscious state due to our poor quality medication – write and ask the 20 million elderly, sick and disabled what they think of NHS medication? I travel the country making speeches to the public, It is called “The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly of Cannabis”. It covers teenagers too.

Can You Prove if England is still a Democracy?

I am 70 yeas old next year, and for the first time in my life, I saw you on television 3 times in the last week. It was a wonderful experience. Thus I have come up with a title for another Documentary, which is above this paragraph.

It was such a relief to learn that an intellectual gentleman like yourself shared my belief about the “God” issue, which I have had since I was 23 years old, when I was flying out to Hong Kong, to take up a Teaching Position.

You see. since l963, whenever I have spoken about my beliefs in relation to God, I have been looked at as if I were “out of my mind”, so, at long last I feel there is someone else intelligent enough to realise the most important things on our planet, are the Sun, the Soil, and the Rain, and with “Love” of everything from food, to work, to friends and family, being of the utmost importance, then “Life” is just an exciting experience and a learning process.

The second time I saw and heard you was on Sky News, when the interview was really rather disorganised, but that was the fault of the young woman who was interviewing yourself and a reporter. But you were superb once again.

However, the third time, was last night when you presented “The Enemies of Reason” – and although your style was superb, fascinating and the best documentary I have seen in a long time, I have to admit to disagreeing with you.

I would like to say, that I would thoroughly enjoy a debate with you about the subject of medication, either in private or in public, because I do think it would be a creative link to the future of the people who also live on this planet, and I would thoroughly enjoy hearing your opinion, whether you agree with me or not.

Actually a debate on the medical issues of this world, could be of real benefit to everyone.

I am simply interested in the future of this planet, and the people who populate it, because we, the British, have made so many mistakes during the past, that it would be better to correct the mistakes about medication, before they become more dangerous than ever.

I have a belief Professor Dawkins, and I would appreciate your opinion on it. However, here it is :-

“When the last tree has died, and the last fish or animal is eaten, followed by the last river becoming polluted,
then human beings may realise “Money” cannot keep you healthy or alive.”

You will find enclosed in this package, a report which was created for the Prime Minister, but copied and sent to Professor Michael Rawlins and all 35 members of his Committee who are looking at the issue of Cannabis and raising it to a Class B category.

The reason for this is that nearly four years ago, I was extremely ill through having been subjected to Pharmaceutical medication from both Hospitals and G.P’s and was on the verge of putting an end to my life.

I had been on heavy medication for more than 20 years, and had numerous side effect illnesses, plus, I had just nursed an elderly lady in her 80’s and seen dreadful neglect towards her by her G.P., District Nurse, and the NHS, which resulted in my investigating everything after seeking information from the General Medical Council, and spending 8 months until I got to the truth.

The Doctor and District Nurse, both ended up taking early retirement, and the GMC eventually went public regarding MRSA, which had seemingly been rife, over a 20 year period in this country, and it was because I told them that I would go public if they did not, because their reluctance to go public with this issue, is the reason it is so widespread, and so many thousands of people have died as a result of their not facing up to the facts, and putting the facts in the public arena. I personally believe that if this secretive government we have, had admitted the problem of MRSA, then it would no longer be all over Europe as well as all over England, because, to be honest, thousands of people who became contaminated with MRSA were travelling the world on their holidays, and MRSA is so easily passed from one person to another, that I would suggest – the British govt., has got it wrong again.
