Dear friends,

Herewith Encod invites all its members to the Annual General Assembly, that will be held in the proximity of Barcelona (Argentona), Spain from 2nd to 4th of June 2017. Please register using the forms below and send it to Encod office (office@encod.org) by 27th of April 2017. The GA 2017 will take place in a rented house where we will all spend the weekend together, give and get updates, get to know each other and make plans for the future.

IMPORTANT:
There are some additional information concerning our stay that you should pay attention to:

  • Bring your own sheets or sleeping bags and towels.
  • We will need volunteers to prepare meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and a dishwashing team for the stay
  • Don’t forget your bathing suit!

Arrival from BCN El Prat airport to Granollers by train:
The way from El prat to Granollers is easiest and it can be also quite cheap. In Granollers train station Maja picks up people and brings them to the house.

The train station at El prat is at Terminal 2, so if you arrive at Terminal 1, there is a free shuttle connecting both terminals (you see the sign at the airport), drives every couple of minutes.

You take the train R2N (direction Granollers / Maçanet) that takes you after one hour drive directly to Granollers. Exit at Granollers station. Please let us know ASAP, your arrival and departure times, so we can organize the pick-ups on the Granollers train station.
