We`re a group of young activists fighting for the re-legalization of cannabis/hemp. Our goal is to bring more light to the almost endless possibilities this new industry has to offer in the fight against economic recession.

Short Summary

The aim of this documentary is to show the great potential of this alternative development project that would result in a significant amount of new jobs, tax revenue and proper regulation.

We want to show people how an already existing black market could be transformed into something society could benefit from at all levels.

This cause is important to everyone from the small time stoner to the Wall street stock broker,and we want to show why…but we`re gonna need your help!

What We Need & What You Get

The money we`re trying to raise is for cheap plane tickets,essential equipment we`re missing(mikes) and post production. All expenses will be posted online.

Cannaconomics will feature interviews with people on both sides of the industry,as well as useful/interesting information and statistics that prove just how massively cannabis/hemp can help society when its made proper use of.We want to take weed documentaries to the next level and show off how the Cannabis/Hemp industry could help reduce crime,create new jobs,generate tax revenue,reduce our dependence on fossil fuels,and achieve economic growth.

We use flexible funding, so if we don`t reach our goal we will re-try for the amount we fell short by, until we manage to raise 2000 euros.

The Impact

This documentary might not change the world, it might even end up as just another stoner documentary people watch baked -while munching on some pizza or chips- but it will be informative,entertaining and hopefully eye opening. We would like to take a different aim with Cannaconomics and explore the impact of cannabis on the development of society and the economic impact it could make.
